Both subscriptions run through your Apple ID, not through us, so they can only be cancelled there: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; until then the Pro features remain available.

One thing to watch with a free trial: it converts into a paid subscription automatically unless it is cancelled before it ends.

Apple is the seller, not Lufy Studios. Refunds are therefore requested from Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com or through Apple Support. I can neither see nor reverse a payment.

In Lingly: Profile → Reset data deletes your learning progress. Profile → Delete account additionally removes your sign-in and your texts, from your iCloud as well.

In Lambly: Settings → Reset App Data deletes the locally stored data. Settings → Delete Account removes the account entirely.

Neither can be undone, not even by me: I hold no copy of your data.

Both apps sync via iCloud, free of charge and independently of any subscription. It requires the same Apple ID and iCloud switched on. The data resides in your private iCloud database, not on a server of mine.

First check that both devices are signed in to the same Apple ID and that iCloud is active.

On a further device you reactivate it via Restore Purchases, provided the same Apple ID is used. If that does not help, write to me.

The course texts are written by hand and have not been proofread by native speakers. If a sentence looks wrong or awkward to you, send me the lesson and the sentence. Such reports are welcome and do get fixed.

With your permission, Lambly reads steps, heart rate, calories and sleep from Apple Health. You can withdraw that permission at any time in the iOS Health app under Sharing → Apps.
